Project Description:

In 2023 and 2024, we partnered with Go Duck Media to create a series of commercial videos for AccessHealth, a leading healthcare provider offering a wide range of medical services in southern West Virginia. The objective was to produce high-quality video content that effectively communicated AccessHealth’s commitment to accessible and comprehensive healthcare solutions. The project encompassed various aspects of the healthcare experience, showcasing the state-of-the-art facilities, compassionate staff, and diverse services offered by AccessHealth.

Key Production Details:

Research and Planning:

Working with Go Duck Media, our team began by conducting in-depth research on AccessHealth’s services, patient demographics, and market position. This included meetings with AccessHealth’s management and Go Duck Media to understand the core messaging and specific goals for the campaign.

Scripting:

Based on the insights gathered, we helped develop scripts for a series of videos alongside Go Duck Media. each video focused on different aspects of AccessHealth’s offerings—primary care, specialized treatments, and patient support services. The scripts were crafted to emphasize the compassionate care provided by the staff and the high-quality medical facilities available to patients.

Storyboarding:

Detailed storyboards were created to outline the visual elements and shot sequences for each video. This included planning for interviews, patient interactions, facility showcases, and dynamic shots of medical procedures. The storyboards helped ensure a smooth production process and a consistent visual narrative.

Location Scouting:

Our team visited several AccessHealth facilities to identify optimal filming locations. We selected spaces that best represented the welcoming environment and advanced technology available at AccessHealth. Particular attention was given to areas that highlighted patient care and state-of-the-art medical equipment.

Filming and Cinematography:

Our production team captured high-quality footage, showcasing real-life patient interactions, staff engagement, and the use of cutting-edge medical technology. The filming process was conducted with minimal disruption to daily operations, respecting the privacy and comfort of patients.

Editing and Post-Production:

The editing phase involved carefully selecting the best footage to create a cohesive and engaging narrative. Working alongside Go Duck Media, we collaboratively crafted the final videos to meet the needs of AccessHealth, such as incorporating professional voiceovers, music, and on-screen graphics. Color grading and sound design were applied to enhance the overall aesthetic and emotional impact of the videos.

Final Delivery and Implementation:

The final video assets were delivered in multiple formats, optimized for AccessHealth’s website, social media platforms, and broadcast use. We also provided strategic recommendations on how to effectively deploy the videos to maximize audience engagement and brand awareness.

Conclusion:

The commercial video production project for AccessHealth successfully highlighted the organization’s dedication to providing exceptional healthcare services. By blending compelling storytelling with high-quality visuals, the videos effectively communicated the brand’s values and offerings. The content produced not only elevated AccessHealth’s brand presence but also reassured patients and prospective clients of the quality care available to them.
